It supports gravure color printing, multi-color registration printing and customized graphic design. ※ Pet packaging: (Dog food bags, slider square bottom bags, zipper bags) Excellent barrier property, pressure resistance, puncture resistance and anti-contamination performance. ※ Eight-side seal bags: High tensile strength; solvent resistance, oil resistance and good heat sealability. Low air resistance and low permeability coefficient. Available with eight-sided sealed flat bottom closures or self-adhesive seals. VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) vaporizes at normal temperature and pressure, forming a protective gas in sealed spaces. It adsorbs onto metal surfaces as a molecular-thin film, isolating moisture and oxygen to inhibit electrochemical corrosion — without direct contact, ideal for complex-shaped parts.
Depending on product type, thickness and storage conditions, protection typically lasts 6 to 36 months. HR-VCI bags offer up to 36 months, and KS-VCI liquid 6 to 24 months depending on concentration. Better sealing gives longer protection.
